John 9

Chapter 9 we get to see a very detailed reaction to a healing by Jesus by the Pharisees. This type of detail is not seen in the Synoptic Gospels. Notice that Jesus could not be found... Another thing that is addressed in this chapter is the idea that people who were sick or blind must have sinned. Jesus points to a different idea, that he was blind because God was going to use him!
